INSTRUCTIONS FOR NON ETHIOPIANS

1. Please make payment first using payment link and obtain the payment details such as Transaction ID from payment gateway.

2. Data to keep ready before contacting Our Conference Registration Official:
   
   1. Kindly make payment first using payment link and keep ready the payment details to enter in the field provided while submitting registration form. Payment details : Amount, Transaction ID & Date of Payment
   2. Recent softcopy of passport size photo of all participants- Delegate / Student / Accompanying person. Format of each photo: jpg, jpeg, png | Max 200KB file size.
   3. In case of Student registration, keep ready Scanned copy of the certificate from the H.O.D., Format: pdf | Max 800KB file size. Student registration will be invalid if certificate from the H.O.D is not submitted.
      In case of First year Students, A scanned copy of the certificate from the H.O.D, authenticating First year status of all the presenters in Poster-Review category is required for abstract submission, same certificate can be uploaded for conference registration.
3. After your Registration process is completed with our official, we will contact you soon with confirmation & conference Registration Number after verifying your submitted details & payment.
