GENERAL RULES

  1. Registration for the conference is mandatory for all the presenters
  2. Abstracts are to be submitted online only
  3. Abstracts should be structured as Title, Introduction, Objective, Methodology, Results and Conclusion for both papers and posters. The maximum word limit is 200 words (all inclusive). Abstract shall be truncated at 200 words.
  4. The scientific committee will have the sole discretion to accept / decline the paper/ poster or change the category or convert paper to poster presentation.
  5. All abstracts for posters / papers will be the exclusive property of the scientific committee.
  6. Decisions about acceptance / rejection / conversion shall be communicated to the lead presenter.
  7. A unique number shall be allotted to each poster/ paper at the time of acceptance of abstract and shall be communicated to the lead presenter.
  8. All the presenters and co presenters (Paper and poster) will be presented certificates of Scientific Presentation

Last date for abstract submission is 31st September 2024.
Abstract can be submitted by email to mail@globalimplantsymposium.com 

A scanned copy of the certificate from the H.O.D, authenticating First year status of all the presenters in Review category should be uploaded at the time of submission failing which, the abstract shall be moved to some other category.

Categories for Poster Presentations are
a. Review
b. Basic Research
c. Clinical Research
d. Case Report / Series

  1. A maximum of three students can group together for a poster, however all of them have to be registered for the conference. Poster should be 3 ft (length) X 2 ft (height) and it should have landscape orientation on a good quality photographic paper. Include your presentation number (refer to Point 7 of general rules) once you receive it in the top right corner in your poster. The number should be in a large enough font.
  2. Check for spelling mistakes. If applicable, presenters should disclose the sponsors of their research in their presentation
  3. The presenter(s) shall report 30 minutes before their designated time at their allotted aisle.
  4. All the material for poster display shall be provided at the venue.
  5. At Least one presenter should be present by the side of the poster to answer any queries.
  6. You must be knowledgeable in your subject and answer questions during your presentation.
  7. You must set up and take off your poster during the designated times. No exceptions will be allowed.
  8. The organising committee will not be responsible for posters and materials left on the poster walls after the stated hours.
  9. Presenters may have copies of their presentation available as handouts. This is not mandatory, just an option for the presenter to increase the impact of the presentation.
