- Completed his BDS from the Faculty of Dental Science University of Peradeniya in 2003.
- Became a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and got through the part 1 in 2011.
- Completed his part 2 and became an Associate Fellow of the American academy of Implant Dentistry in 2014 (AFAAID).
- Became a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology in 2013 (FICOI).
- Shows extreme interest in Oral Implantology and special interest in the management of bone compromised situations in implant dentistry.
